Overhead Drum Electric
The overhead drum is an extremely simple system that utilizes a 3HP motor mounted in the top of the elevator shaft. When the drums on the elevator spool up the elevator cab goes up and vice versa to lower the elevator down.

2:1 Roped Hydraulic
This model utilizes a 2:1 roped hydraulic piston and cable system to move the elevator cab up and down. This model comes at a premium price, as it is smoother and quieter in comparison. It also comes standard with a battery backup which provides emergency lowering in the case that the power goes out mid-ride.

Because Southeastern Elevator is committed to providing our customers with the best possible product, we include an abundance of additional features in our standard package.
We build each elevator cab custom using real 3/4″ stain grade maple plywood, source our components from best-in-industry USA manufacturers and assemble each elevator package locally in our shop. While our competitors mainly use proprietary, foreign, and difficult-to-find components in their designs, we use commercially available off-the-shelf components, sourced in the United States and easy to find.

Unfinished Maple Interior
Ready to be painted, stained, trimmed, etc., this 3/4" maple plywood cab is ready to be finished any way you like to match your home or your aesthetic. Most popular in new construction applications, your contractor is able to come in and finish the cab however you like after installation. Comes standard with Unfinished Hand Built Solid Maple Handrail
Prefinished Maple Interior
Same 3/4" maple plywood as our unfinished cabs but with a factory applied, cabinet grade clear coat that is as smooth & seamless as it gets. If you’re looking for a turnkey install, or if you love the look of maple – this is the option for you! Comes standard with Pre-Finished Hand Built Solid Maple Handrail
